Growing up in Quebec City, Julie Dombrowski started taking dance classes at a very young age in her local dance school. In 2009, Julie became a dancer and staff member at the 8 Count Dance Complex. It wasn't long after that she packed up and moved to her new home in Montreal. For the past four years she has been training as well as teaching classes and coaching teams within the studio. Since her move to Montreal, she has had the pleasure of performing in shows such as Festival d’été de Québec, Just for Laugh and was a back-up dancer for internationally renowned indie-pop artist, DEV at the Much Music Video Awards in Toronto. She also took part in Defi des Champions on TVA as well as dancing in multiple music videos for Canadian pop star Jacynthe, twice for Kristina Maria, Just Dance singers Anja and A.K.A. and more. In 2010, she worked on the Michael Jackson video game by Ubisoft and traveled to San Diego to compete at the World of Dance competition where her team took the first place. The following year, she was the face of Athletes World clothing store where she was featured in their Fall, Spring, Summer and Winter ad campaigns. It’s in 2012 that she got to dance on the America’s Best Dance Crew stage with her team Irratik, in Los Angeles. Two years in a row, in 2012 and 2013, she was asked to judge the Canadian Hip Hop Championships thanks to all of her experiences and expertise in Hip Hop. In 2013, she flew all the way to Vancouver to play in the well-known movie Step Up 5 that will be released in July 2014. Her work ethic, dance skills and passion for dance hasn't stopped growing and she's looking forward to the next years to bring her once more, to another level.
